An ophthalmologist sees his confession interrupted when the priest who attended him has to leave urgently to administer an extreme unction and, back in his office, he is run over by a car. From that moment on, his soul will travel a medieval purgatory where he meets blemitas and giants, among other beings.

A story set between a medieval purgatory inhabited by strange creatures and an alternative Rioja from the 80s.
